Firearm (s) Once  Approved by ATF the Night of The Auction.
Otherwise Pasco County has a 3 day wait period without a current 
Florida CWP.
 * All Background Approvals are completed thru ATF for $20 Fee - 
Approval date governs when Firearms can be taken based on approval Code. 
** FFL Dealers are Welcome to Register and Bid on Firearms. We Ask You arrive by 2pm to provide us time to property verify your FFL documents and
Driver's License to register and Bid at our Firearms Auction.  
** Left Bids on Firearms are accepted for those pre existing Current Auction Buyers with our Auction. Those phone calls for bids Should be made on Tuesday from 10am to 3pm on our Office Number 813/ 779-1880.  *  PRIOR to Wednesdays' Auction.   This allows our staff to properly help you with your bids and to answer any questions you might have about the Firearms and/or  Ammo. Be sure to include your name and a telephone number to call you back on.   Your email should include a list of merchandise you want to consign and photos are always helpful.

Once email is received we will call you on our next available business day.  (We are closed Friday thru Mondays).  

Consignment checks are paid out within 90 minutes after the last item sold on Auction night.

Auction Merchandise must be taken - removed Day of Sale.
